Pickup Available At 464 Bank Street Location

Live near Ottawa? Feel free to pick up your order at our flagship store at 464 Bank Street. Please call our Bank Street location at (613) 236-9731 and we will have your order ready for you. Please quote your order number when calling and don’t forget to bring your confirmation when you come to pick up your order.

Shipping 

If you place an order on in-season product that exceeds $100 before tax you are eligible for free shipping. To claim your free shipping, enter the coupon code TANDLFREE in the coupon code box during the checkout process. You may select expedited shipping service at a premium of $15. 

Please note: all non-current discounted inventory items including those listed under the WAREHOUSE SALE category are not eligible for free shipping.

All packages are shipped via Purolator or UPS. Currently we only ship to Canadian addresses. Once we've confirmed your order a shipping notice will be sent to you along with a tracking number. You can expect your order to be shipped within 3 business days and you will be provided with the online tracking number for your shipment so that you can follow it every step of the way.

Please allow three to five business days for shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays at this time. 

Returns and Exchanges 

Ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind? No problem. Products can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges) within 7 days of the delivery of your order. Products must be unopened, unused and returned in a new and saleable condition. Clearance products over 30% off are final sale. At this time, Tommy & Lefebvre does not process exchanges for web orders. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

*** Please note *** You cannot return online purchases to our retail stores. For security reasons, our retail stores do not have access to your billing or payment information. Items that were purchased in one of our retail stores should be returned to our stores and should not be sent to our online returns center or our corporate offices.

Webstore Return Process 

You can return your purchase if postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. Products must be in the condition you received them. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Damaged Merchandise 

If an order arrives damaged; please notify Tommy & Lefebvre within 24 hours of delivery. The product and all packaging material must be retained until the matter is resolved with the shipper. 

Warranties 

If a product is damaged or has a defect, Tommy & Lefebvre will be happy to assist you in dealing with the Manufacturer. Please note warranties do not cover breakage or damage to the product resulting from customer abuse. 

Webstore Payment and Pricing 

Accepted website payment methods include: PayPal, Visa, Master Card. We do not accept Interac, money orders or cheques for web orders. To process your payment, the Billing Address information you enter during checkout must match the information that your credit card provider has on file.

Gift Certificates 

At this time Tommy & Lefebvre Gift Cards and credit notes are redeemable in-store only and cannot be used online. 

Backorder Items

Occasionally, an item we sell is out-of-stock and we need to re-order the item. These circumstances may delay the processing and shipping of your order. If we find an item on your order that is unavailable for shipment, we will contact you via email to inform you that the item is out-of-stock.

We apologize for such inconveniences and try diligently to prevent them from occuring. If you need more information about backordered items please call us at 1-888-888-SKIS (7547) Monday to Wednesday 10-7, Thursday and Friday 10-9, Saturday 9-6, Sunday 12-5 EST. Voice mail is used outside these hours.
